—Player – A user who participates in tournaments or competitive matches through our platform
—Tournament – Any organized competitive event hosted or facilitated through Match Found
—Services – All features, tools, and functionality provided by Match Found

Account Terms

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to participate in tournaments with prize pools.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Match Found cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Account Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Using false information or impersonating others is strictly prohibited.

Tournament Participation

—Maintain fair play and sportsmanship at all times
—Report matches accurately and within required timeframes
—Cheating, exploiting, or using unauthorized software is prohibited
—Respectful communication with other players and staff is required
—Match fixing, collusion, or intentional losing is strictly forbidden

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

—Sharing or distributing harmful, offensive, or illegal content
—Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt our platform
—Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions

Prizes & Payments

Prize Distribution

Prizes are distributed according to tournament rules. Winners must provide valid payment information to receive prize payouts. Processing times may vary.

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to prizes you receive. We may require tax documentation before releasing certain prize amounts.

Disputes

Prize disputes must be submitted within 14 days of tournament completion. Our decision on all prize-related matters is final.

All content, features, and functionality of Match Found are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content on our platform, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

Termination

Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Match Found shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past twelve months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
